To improve the quality of life for the people that live, work and visit the Telluride region (San Miguel, Ouray and western Montrose Counties)

- Run capacity building programs that strengthen community groups to better deliver on their missions

- Outcome evaluations of grants and initiatives

Periodic, annual and quarterly reporting to the Board, Donors and the Community:
